Tajimaya UK Ltd. traces its roots back to Tajimaya Japan, which began as a meat supplier in Kobe over a century ago. For years, Tajimaya Japan has been dedicated to promoting the excellence of Japanese black beef. The company is named after the Tajima Province, an old province of Japan located in the northern Hyogo Prefecture, known for its fresh air and clear crystal water, and recognized as the birthplace of Kobe beef.

At Tajimaya, our cattle are meticulously bred over time using unique and professional techniques by experienced farmers, to achieve their best quality. Our passion and pride are evident in the intricate marbling patterns on our beef.
