Wagyu stir fry is a perfect dish for those who want to enjoy the incredible flavor and tenderness of Wagyu beef in a quick and easy meal. The dish consists of thin slices of Wagyu beef that are stir-fried with a variety of vegetables and a flavorful sauce. 200g Wagyu Beef (strip or slice)

1 Garlic Clove

1/2 Courgette

1 Yellow Pepper

1 Red Pepper

1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

1 tsp Sugar

1/3 Five Spice Powder

1 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Sesame Oil

Heat oil in a stir-fry pan over high heat.

Add crushed garlic and cook for 20 seconds.

Add sliced beef and cook until it changes color to light brown.

Add sliced courgette and cook for 1 minute.

Add sliced peppers and stir fry for 30 seconds.

Add oyster sauce, sugar, and five spice powder. Cook for 1 minute until the sauce is thickened.

Remove from heat.

Add sesame oil and mix well.

You can also add sliced carrots, onions, and fine beans if desired.

Serve with rice for a delicious and satisfying meal.
