Kobe beef is arguably the best beef in the world. It comes from a breed of cattle called Tajima. The meat from this extraordinary breed of cattle is heavily marbled with richness, giving it a luxurious and incredible flavour and texture. In order to earn the designation/appellation of "Kobe Beef", it must come from Kobe, Japan.

The bone is removed to make preparation. It recommends for medium-rare steaks.

Simply rub the steak all over with a good pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Add the steak to a hot pan, then cook for 2 minutes. Turn the steak over and continue to cook 2 minutes for medium-rare, or to your liking.
